Ulstrup Plast A/S is one the oldest plastic
producing
companies in Denmark. With more than 50 years
of experience throughout three generations
we are able
to offer a significant know-how in plastic
and tools production. The main historic points
are as follows:
• 1952 Established by Emil Ulstrup.
• 1965 The company taken over by Flemming
Ulstrup
• 1993 The company taken over by Susanne
Østergård and Søren Ulstrup.
• 2000 The company merges with Scan
Tool Works A/S
• 2001 Aquirement of W. Svanemose A/S
• 2006 Ulstrup Plast s.r.o in Slovakia
is established
