ISO system
In our quality system, that is certified according
to ISO 9001, there is full traceability throughout
the production in order to attain documentation
on any subject and/or batches, production
machinery, special production conserns, storing,
post work etc. This ensures the best quality
of subjects as we can allways trace the source
of a mistake and eliminate it in the next
production process.
Validation
Ulstrup Plast A/S offer validation in the
injection moulding process according to the new
guidelines from FDA and ISO.
Measurement
Besides the quality management system it is
the client who specifies the demands to the
subjects produced, e.g. surfaces, colors,
measurements, functions etc. All these can
be controlled in our well equipped lab where
a wide variety of measurement tools are avaliable.
If you wish for specific measurement tasks
to be performed we will be pleased to make
you an offer and take your wishes and demands
into consideration. After the measurements
there a report will be made stating e.g. values
and measurements.
